It is common knowledge that differences exist among religions and ethics about the nature of good and about the identity, sources, justifications and ends of morality. These are definitely varied differences wherever they are. They are deep ditches separating all camps. The conceptualizations of good still separate all, and prevent them, because of their great diversity and difference, from arriving at a common conceptualization for all.
However, philosophers still hope they can reach minimal common grounds for all.
